Last week, alone, we received over 500
emails asking the same question,
"Where are the
purple bracelets I requested?"
The photo to the left should help answer
that question.
To date, we have received requests for
nearly 6 million purple Complaint Free
bracelets and have sent out just over 2
million of them. Another couple of
million are currently covering every
square inch of our church Friendship
Hall waiting to be packed and sent.
When those are gone, we'll receive more
from our suppliers.
Our original goal was to have bracelets
out to people in 5 weeks. However,
the number of requests has been
over-whelming. Nearly half of the
requests we received came in between
March 27th and March 30th (right
after we were on "Oprah"). On
March 27th alone, we received over
80,000 requests!

typically go out
once or twice a
week.

If you requested bracelets before March
27th, they have been mailed so if
you have not received them send us an
email:

If you were one of the over 80,000 people
who requested them on March 27th, 90% of
those have been packed and sent to our
mailing service and should be to you in
a couple of weeks.
How can we speed up the process? One thing
we are considering is corporate partners
to distribute the bracelets (please see
below).
Please remember, we're a modest sized church
attempting to send out nearly 6 million
bracelets to 80 countries--so far. And
we are doing so 100%
with volunteers and donations.
So, it's not like
placing an order with Amazon.com.
We're doing our best.
When we originally said 6-8 weeks, then
8-12 weeks, we had no idea that this
little idea would go from about 10,000
bracelets to nearly 6 million in just a
few months. Try
and take that in if you can: nearly 6
million--all done by volunteers and
donations. If you've not received yours,
we are sorry we haven't gotten them to
you sooner but they are on the way.

may have gotten caught in a technological
mistake last week.
Whenever someone on our email list clicks "reply
to all" our email server is supposed to stop
such emails from going to everyone on the
list--it failed to do so and you may have gotten
one or several emails.
No one got your email address and we're truly
sorry for the inconvenience.
Because of the email challenge, we had to change
our email address.

United States, we celebrate our collective gratitude
once a year on Thanksgiving.
In preparation for this day of thanks,
we are proposing that the day
before Thanksgiving be officially declared
"Complaint Free Wednesday!"
What better way to help us prepare for a day of
gratitude than a day free from talking about the
"bad" things around us.
If you live in the U.S.,

Congressional and Senate Representatives today.
Ask them to introduce a bill and support the bill's
passing officially declaring the day before
Thanksgiving "Complaint Free Wednesday!"

we are in the process of setting
up a separate 501(c)3 for "A Complaint
Free World."
We now are seeking either one major or several minor
distribution partners in the US and
abroad. When we do media
interviews (we have done 5-10 in many
weeks) rather than instructing people to
go to our web site to request bracelets,
we will instruct them to go to the
nearest [Your Name
Here] store (or insurance agency,
or hotel, etc, etc, etc) to pick up
their purple Complaint Free Bracelet.
Distribution

the bracelets, packaging materials
