Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

Held weekly in the Meditation Chapel

Our 10:20 Sunday meditation has been replaced with a Community Prayer Circle.  This is for anyone who would like to share a prayer or simply hold a prayerful presence with one another.  The prayer circle is held in the Meditation Chapel and is led by one of our Chaplains from 10:15 to 10:30 every Sunday morning.  Come join us.

Healing Expressions Support Group

2nd & 4th Sunday of each month - 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Held in the Meditation Chapel

This supportive group provides an opportunity for individuals to share feelings in an open way without fear or judgment.  Strict confidentiality is emphasized so that all who come feel welcomed, accepted and safe.

Tai Chi & Chi Gong

Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Held in the Friendship Hall

These classes provide increased flexibility, strength and energy, improved balance, relaxation and stress relief.

Class fee is $7.00 for the Chi Gong portion (the first 40 minutes) and $10 for the full combined class.

Sacred Drumming Circle

2nd Friday of each month from 7:30 to 9:00 PM

Held in the Friendship Hall

Throughout history, our ancestors have utilized the power of rhythm to connect with the sacred. Through drumming we can unblock stuck energy in our lives; we can experience more joy; we can relieve stress; and we can assist in the healing of ourselves and our planet. Join us for a rhythmic journey that will uplift your spirit. No experience is needed. You may bring your own percussion instrument or one will be available for you to use. (Suggested Love Offering is $10 per class.)

"Lessons In Truth

10 Week Series August 8 - October 10

Facilitated by Janice Richer Wuerfel, L.U.T.

Embark on an exciting adventure to explore Truth with Dr. H. Emilie Cady. Dr. Cady was a physician and metaphysician in the New Thought movement. The chapters that form Lessons in Truth are some of the very first metaphysical discussions published by Unity. This book is an important foundation to the understanding of Unity metaphysics. This class may be taken for (required) S.E.E. credit.

UnityVersity is an adult Sunday School program focusing on the basic teachings and principles of Unity. Classes are open to all and may be available for S.E.E. credit through Unity School.

Dr. Greg Baer found the answers to these questions while working with hundreds of individuals and couples, and he shares this enlightening and practical blueprint for creating successful relationships as we walk the path to finding and keeping what he calls "Real Love."
